These official rules govern the Reselling Secrets Instagram Giveaway and explain how to enter, the prize, and how the winner will be selected.
Travis Scott x Fragment Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Reselling Secrets Travis Scott x Fragment Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Reselling Secrets LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding where permitted by law.

Instagram, Meta, Nike, Jordan Brand, Travis Scott, and Fragment Design are not sponsors of this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of Reselling Secrets LLC, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void outside the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is published by @resellingsecrets on Instagram and ends on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 10:25 AM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
Sponsor’s systems and Instagram’s records will serve as the official timekeeping methods. Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, an eligible entrant must complete all the following steps:
Like the official Giveaway post.
Follow both @resellingsecrets and @resellingsecret on Instagram.
Comment “RESTOCK #ResellingSecrets_Sweepstakes” on the official Giveaway post.
Mention two genuine friends in the same comment.
No purchase, paid membership, SMS signup, restock registration, or payment of any kind is required.
There is a limit of one entry per person and per Instagram account. Additional or duplicate comments will not provide additional entries or improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
The entrant must maintain the required follows, like, and qualifying comment through winner verification. Deleted comments, unfollows, incomplete entries, automated entries, and entries submitted through multiple or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.
Entrants may not mention unrelated businesses, celebrities, impersonation accounts, automated accounts, or accounts created solely for giveaway entry.
5. Prize
One verified winner will receive:
One authentic pair of Travis Scott x Fragment Design x Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP “Sail Military Blue” sneakers.
The anticipated approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $500 USD. Actual market value may vary based on size, availability, condition, and the date of fulfillment. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
The winner may request a preferred U.S. shoe size, but size is subject to availability. Unless otherwise disclosed before the end of the Entry Period, the prize will be new and unworn.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping to one valid address within the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. The prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
No more than the stated prize will be awarded.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing is scheduled to occur during an Instagram Live hosted by @resellingsecrets on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at approximately 10:30 AM Eastern Time, immediately before the first Reselling Secrets membership-restock wave.
The potential winner does not need to be watching or present during the Instagram Live to win.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner only through a direct message from @resellingsecrets. Sponsor may also announce the potential winner’s Instagram username during the Live or on Sponsor’s Instagram account.
The potential winner must respond within 24 hours after Sponsor sends the notification.
Before being confirmed, the potential winner may be required to:
Confirm age and U.S. residency;
Provide their legal name and a valid U.S. shipping address;
Confirm compliance with these Official Rules;
Select a preferred shoe size, subject to availability; and
Complete any eligibility, liability, publicity, or tax documentation reasonably required by law.
Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, purchase a membership, register for SMS marketing, or provide credit-card or banking information to receive the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours, is found ineligible, fails to provide required verification, declines the prize, or violates these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
A potential winner is not officially the winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance.
8. Taxes and Expenses
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize, as well as any expenses not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.
Sponsor will not ask the winner to pay Sponsor any taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, or other fees to receive the prize.
9. General Entry Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:
Submits an incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or manipulated entry;
Uses multiple accounts or identities to circumvent the entry limit;
Interferes with the proper operation of the Giveaway;
Harasses Sponsor, other entrants, or mentioned accounts;
Violates Instagram’s terms or policies;
Provides false information; or
Otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, deleted, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or unverified entries, or for technical failures involving Instagram, internet connections, devices, software, servers, or telecommunications systems.
If fraud, technical problems, platform outages, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and, when reasonably possible, award the prize from eligible entries received before the disruption.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, Nike, Jordan Brand, Travis Scott, Fragment Design, and each of their respective owners, affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims or liability arising from:
Participation or attempted participation in the Giveaway;
Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
Technical or platform-related failures;
Printing, typographical, administrative, or human errors; or
Any injury, loss, damage, or expense related to the Giveaway or prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, Instagram username, likeness, prize information, and general city and state for Giveaway-administration, winner-announcement, and reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Instagram and Brand Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility arising from or related to the Giveaway and acknowledges that all information is being provided to Sponsor—not Instagram or Meta.
This Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Nike, Jordan Brand, Travis Scott, Fragment Design, StockX, GOAT, or any other marketplace or retailer. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.
Entrants must not inaccurately tag or identify any person, account, or content in connection with the Giveaway.
13. Privacy
Information collected from a potential winner will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, deliver the prize, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, and announce the winner as described in these Official Rules.

Entering the Giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails or text messages. Any marketing consent must be obtained separately and is not required to enter or win.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of [INSERT SPONSOR’S HOME STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited, any legal proceeding concerning the Giveaway must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in [INSERT COUNTY AND STATE].
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

If the official Giveaway post, promotional artwork, Instagram Live, direct message, or another communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control to the extent permitted by law.
