By opting into Reselling Secrets Alerts, you consent to receive automated and/or recurring SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and you provide information at your own risk.

7. Rights and Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal information. Exceptions may apply where information is necessary to complete a transaction, comply with law, detect fraud, debug functionality, exercise rights, or perform other legally permitted uses.

8. Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you may only use our services with parental consent.

9. Marketing Communications

We may contact you by email for account notices, promotional offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out.

10. Discord Bots and AI-Assisted Features

Our Discord bots may access message text, embeds, attachments, reactions, message and channel identifiers, and limited author or account information in specifically configured Reselling Secrets channels when needed to operate moderation, archiving, support, deal-monitoring, and content-assistance features. Some bots process content only within Discord. Reese temporarily stores selected configured-channel content in a private operational system to maintain current context, avoid duplicate alerts, and support time-sensitive automation. Stored Discord context is restricted to approved channels, capped at 8 MB, limited to 25–50 entries per channel and 200 entries per category, and automatically pruned after 7–60 days depending on the workflow. We may use third-party AI services to analyze or generate responses from this operational context. Discord message content is used for inference and service operation, not to train our machine-learning models. We do not sell Discord message content. Access is limited to authorized systems and personnel. You may request access to or deletion of personal information as described in Section 7 by contacting support@resellingsecrets.com; operational and legal exceptions may apply.
