These Terms govern your use of resellingsecrets.com, the Reselling Secrets Alerts text messaging program, and the Reselling Secrets community. By accessing the site, enrolling in alerts, or joining the community, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Name: Reselling Secrets Alerts. By enrolling, you consent to receive automated and/or recurring marketing SMS messages from Reselling Secrets LLC. Text STOP to cancel. Text HELP or email support@resellingsecrets.com for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Discord Server Terms
No harassment, hate speech, abuse, spam, or illegal content is allowed. Alerts, tools, and content remain property of Reselling Secrets. You may not share, transfer, or resell access. We may remove content or ban users at our discretion.
5. Accounts, Cancellations, and Refunds
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All sales are final and refunds are not permitted unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, tools, software, and materials are owned by Reselling Secrets LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit our materials without permission.
7. Financial Disclaimer
All content is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors and make no guarantee of results, profit, savings, inventory availability, or resale value.
8. Liability, Termination, and Governing Law
Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Utah and Oregon where relevant.
